| About Our Business Rustic Backyard Structures is owned and operated by Brian and Lisa Allan of Innisfail, Alberta, Canada. We are a small family run business with a commitment to selling quality Amish handcrafted products. Our display park was opened to the Public September, 2007. The park is located in Innisfail, Alberta along the QEII Highway that runs between Edmonton and Calgary, Alberta. We are 15 minutes south of Red Deer, 2 hours south of Edmonton and 1 hour north of Calgary. You will find our Display park on the West side of QEII on the North side of Antler hill) Take the Old Pole Road (RR 362) to the North and then your first left. Follow the road back along the highway to the South. Park at the Display park outside the gate (please don't go into the private yard). If you would like to discuss custom ordering any of our beautiful Amish Handcrafted products or to view any of our outdoor products (birdhouses, Weathervanes etc) by appointment only please call 403-227-4974 with at least 24 hours notice. Our products come all the way from Lancaster County in Pennsylvania and are shipped here in kit form or can be ordered assembled depending on product and size. |

| PRODUCT INFORMATION The products are sold in Modular kits. The kits come with a manual, and all hardware. Castle and ship about 3 - 5 hours to assemble. The Monster Truck and Tractor come assembled. The Gazebos and playhouses are sold in kits as well and hours vary depending on style and size. *Products can be assembled for additional price within 3 hours of Innisfail. *Variety of Playhouses in kits as well as assembled available. DIY Playhouse kits (do it yourself) are available with certain models. Delivery is available in certain areas of Alberta. Products can be shipped anywhere in North America straight from our builders. Product pick-up is available also. Assembled items delivered within two to three hours. |
| Liability We assume no liability after the Playhouse or Play Structure has been delivered to your site. The purchaser is responsible for choosing a structure and accessories appropriate for the developmental levels of the children who will use them. Routine inspections, preventive maintenance and play supervision are all the responsibility of the homeowner to ensure a play environment that is free of hazard or injury. Our products are designed for backyard use only and are not to CSA standards. *****Watch here for The Play Structures sometime in the future to meet CSA standards. Gazebos can be built to Engineered Specifications with Engineered Seal for public installations. |
